RETURNS AND DAMAGED ITEMS
We do not accept any returns on; music CD's, eye pillows, eye masks, neck wraps, booties or bathrobes. All sales of these items are final.
All skin care products have a 30 day return policy for store credit. If you are dissatisfied with any skin care product (s), you have purchased at cwaskincare.com, (cottonwoodaesthetics.com) you may return the item with original receipt or invoice, in exchange for full store credit less shipping cost.
Please follow the instructions below before returning items.
To qualify you must notify us, by phone at 928 649 0808, Monday through Friday 9-5 (MST) or email, of the return of your items within 30 days of your order.
To return items:
-Notify us.
-Use a trackable and or insured shipping method as we can not be responsible for lost return shipments. Be sure to keep a copy of the invoice for your records. Return shipping fees are not credited.
Damaged items
When your order arrives please inspect the carton for any damage that may have occured during shipment. If damage to any skin care product has occured during shipping, please contact us immediately at 928 649 0808.
Please provide the order number along with your email address and phone number for fastest service. To assure prompt resolution please retain shipping box, packing material and the damaged items for inspection by the carrier.
